Registered Nurse

Objective

Our partnering client in Saudi Arabia is looking for registered nurses with a Degree for full time role in Saudi Arabia King Fahad Medical Complex. There are a number of vacancies currently available

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or an equivalent nursing degree from an accredited institution is essential.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, with demonstrated expertise in specific nursing specialties.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for diverse patient interactions.

Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify health issues and develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and monitoring for potential side effects or adverse reactions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, facilitating communication between doctors, specialists, and support staff.
• Educate patients and their families about health management, disease prevention, and post-treatment care to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting all care activities and changes in patient conditions promptly.
• Stay current with advancements in nursing practices and healthcare regulations through continuing education and professional development.
• Assist in medical procedures and surgeries by preparing necessary equipment, ensuring sterile environments, and supporting physicians during interventions.
