Claims Manager

Job Purpose

Manage claims within the governed framework to ensure compliance with the short-term insurance regulations and drive the successful delivery of the claims environment by ensuring the attainment of the Sasria objectives internally and externally.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A relevant Insurance related Degree or Diploma
• RE5, preferably RE1
• Up to 5-7 relevant years’ experience in a similar environment, dealing with Insurance claims and management of staff
• Sound knowledge of Claims Procedures and insurance legislative environment
• People management skills
• Project management, Research, Networking and Negotiations skills.
