Purpose;
- The Claims service consultant will render effective and professional administrative services to the Claims Department and its stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree
- 3 years in administrative in claims department in a short term insurance environment
- Computer literacy is key
Knowledge:
- Customer Care
- Data capturing
- Short-Term Insurance
- Communication with stakeholders
- Understanding of the insurance industry
- Salvage process.
Technical Skills:
- Claims Procedure
- Good communication skills – verbal and written

- Salvage Administration
- Provide effective customer relations
