Employee Health & Wellness Officer (6 months contract based in KZN)

Please note that this is a 6 months contract and NOT a permanent position.
The Requirements are:
- National Diploma in Nursing and registered with a professional council or National Diploma in Environmental Health & Safety Management or Degree in Human/Social/Behavioural Sciences
- 3 years supervisory experience in a Health & Wellness environment
The duties entails (but not limited to):
- Implement and co-ordinate health & wellness services
- Conduct employee needs assessment & analysis for redress
- Implement HIV & AIDS, TB and health promotion programmes
- Implement comprehensive and effective occupational health programme
- Co-ordinate and facilitate the management of Covid19 cases
- Provide National Office with regular reports and stats with regards tyo Covid19 cases
- Assist the department with information and procedure to be followed with regards to quarantine, isolation and adjusted level in relation to return to work.
