Purpose and Context of the Job Comair Limited, a JSE listed Aviation Company, is looking for applicants for a Job Management Practitioner based in Bonaero Park, Kempton Park at the Comair Head Offices. The Job Management Practitioner is required to translates structure and job architecture findings into operational HR implementation requirements ensuring that all roles are fully operationalised. 

Key Performance Areas 

• To translate architecture related information into HR Operational requirements 
• Administer and maintain Comair’s job architecture as well as relevant HRIS systems 
• To build and maintain relationships with other HR Departments and Line Management 
• Requirements 
• Grade 12 (Essential) 
• 3 year degree in HR//Industrial Psychology (Essential) 

3 years work experience in any 3 of the following areas: 

• Job analysis and profiling 
• Workforce/manpower planning 
• HR Data management (coding, mapping, reporting) 
•  Structure implementation 
• Organisational design mapping 
• VIP Experience (Desirable) 
• Project Management Experience (Desirable)
