Senior Manager: Data Processing

Objective:
The purpose of the position is to manage the risk and reward relationship of credit and insurance products within the Bank utilising advanced techniques of NPV modelling.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master's Degree
- 8-10 years' experience in Data Processing & People Management in financial services
- Cloud experience (AWS)
- Process engineering
- Data architect (oversight on data architectural design)
Technical Competencies Required:
- In-depth understanding of NPV and ROE calculations.
- Knowledge and understanding of pricing strategies
- Knowledge and understanding of regression techniques
- Knowledge of industry pricing for monitoring purposes
- Knowledge of the NCA and other applicable legislation relating to pricing changes
- Knowledge of various pricing reports for the purpose of monitoring & reporting
- Practical knowledge of application and behavioural scoring.
- Understanding of legislation relating to pricing changes to the NCA & repurchase rate changes
