A Branch Supervisor/Manager is needed to assume overall responsibility for the effective operations and profitability of the branch.
Candidate must have a NQF level 6 Diploma, RE5, 5-10 years’ experience in Management/Supervision in the Financial Services environment Full Rep in all Product Categories.
Cash Book Accountant
A cash book accountant needed to provide financial accounting services to the financial department
Preparing of daily cash flow update and reconciliation, updating of cashbook daily and the preparation of weekly bank reconciliation.
A Financial Management or accounting qualification, preferably Bcom accounting, minimum of 3 years working experience in an accounting role. Articles will be an advantage.
Chief Information Officer
The Chief Information Officer will be responsible for providing vision and strategic IT leadership for developing and implementation of IT Systems in support of the FPB business operations.
A Post Graduate Degree in ICT or Information systems (NQF Level 8). 8 years ICT management experience, of which three should have been at a Senior Management level.
Must have strong senior management level skills to provide leadership within the IT team within the Business Unit.
Chief Operations Officer
Responsible for providing vision and strategic leadership to the organisation.
A Post Graduate qualification in Business Management or similar qualification
Must have strong senior management level skills and ability - strategic planning, performance information reporting, management of Public Sector governance frameworks, financial and risk management, staff management and budget control.
Chief Executive Officer
To implement and strengthen the vision and mission of the organisation.
An appropriate master’s degree preferably in business management and administration – equivalent to NQF Level 9 or higher.
A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in an Executive management position – at least five years at a similar level of executive accountability.
