Reporting to the Managing Director, the incumbent will be responsible to establish, maintain and expand partnerships with strategically important customers while achieving sales targets and overall customer needs and enabling sales growth.
A proven experience in operating at strategic level in key accounts. A proven track record of successful customer/sales engagements/relationships within the mining industry
Extensive travel to cover all current and future customer base within areas of responsibility. Solid knowledge of Sales and Marketing Knowledge and understanding of mining operations or explosives.

Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to formulate and lead the implementation of the company's global logistics strategy to ensure cost-effective on-time delivery of the right products to the right place.
Qualifications and Experience required: Is a Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field) , Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) ,10 years' demonstrated experience in supply management.

Reporting to the General Manager: Marketing and Technology, the incumbent will be responsible to manage and own the software development roadmap across all company's products, in collaboration with all stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience required: Bachelor of Engineering or Computer Sciences ,5 Years demonstrated experience in product management, 5 Years demonstrated experience in a software development environment

Reporting to the Managing Director, the incumbent will be responsible to drive the strategy of operational excellence and continual process improvement by effectively managing and executing the blasting service delivery process to customers.
10 years' demonstrated experience in mining or resource industry. 5 years’ demonstrated business development experience in a mining/explosive environment • 5 years’ demonstrated experience in people management.
We are targeting candidates coming from Mali, Mauritania, Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso, and Sierra Leone who are familiar with the laws and intricacies in those countries.
