Matric. Minimum LLB or equivalent Legal Qualification. Admitted Attorney. 5/6 years post admission experience. 5/6 years post admission experience in claims litigation, Short-term insurance and contract drafting.
Knowledge of and the ability to interpret the Short Term Insurance Act, Insurance Act, PFMA, Treasury Regulations and FAIS Knowledge and experience of Companies Act.

The incumbent will be directly responsible to lead and direct the performance of Accounts Payable function. The Superintendent will also facilitate vendor payment process through effective communication with suppliers and all internal stakeholders.
Bachelor of Commerce Degree. B Com Honours Degree or Relevant Post Graduate Qualification. Minimum of five years in accounts payable supervisory level. Advanced working knowledge of the AP module in SAP or related ERP system.
Mining industry exposure advantageous. Proven working knowledge of the Procure to Pay Process. Experience in AP automated process will be advantageous (AP Automated Systems (Automated Reconciliations and Invoice Processing).

The Survey Superintendent will be responsible for all survey functions for surface and underground infrastructure, any mining layouts and the tracking of mining rights.
The incumbent will be a custodian of all prescribed mining plans and maps and will lead, guide and advice on any related safety and legal matters business.
BSc. Degree /BTech in Mineral Resource Management. Mine Survey Certificate of Competency for appointment under regulation 17.2 of the MHSA as Chief Surveyor. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Trackless Mining or Block Cave Mining.

The Quality Assurance & Quality Control Engineer is responsible for developing the Quality Assurance/Quality Control plan for the project in compliance with the company specification and standards.
The key output of the role is to conduct inspections, measurement and testing to verify that projects deliverables meet acceptable criteria defined during the planning phase of the project.
National Diploma/ BSc/BTech in Mechanical Engineering. Qualification in Total Quality Management. Internal Auditing of Quality Management Systems.

The role is responsible for providing a specialised service by preparing designs, general arrangement and detailed drawings for capital projects, plant maintenance, as well as updating and revision of existing underground drawings.
National Diploma Mine Survey/N6 Engineering discipline, with relevant design/ draughting subjects). Certificate in MicroStation/ CAD software.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in multi-disciplinary design office/ Surveying professional. Advanced certificate in Survey/ Mine draughting and professional registration will be advantageous.
