Deliver value to the client by planning, executing and closing and handover of projects which includes managing a project/ work stream end to end, identifying client improvement opportunities that have potential to be converted to sales opportunities.
Manage project cash-flows to ensure liquidity of the business and managing external consultants’ expectations.
Degree/ BS degree in Information Systems, Information Management, Engineering or Quantitative Studies. Minimum 5 years’ experience in management consulting/ 10 Year in operational environment.

The position is responsible for managing the Auxiliary Services maintenance functions to achieve optimal fixed plant and equipment availability thereby meeting production targets safely and efficiently.
The position also carries legal responsibility in terms of the South African Mine Health and Safety Act as per regulation 2.13.3.2 read with section 7 (4). BSc/BTech degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
A postgraduate degree in Engineering or Business Administration would advantageous. At least 5 years’ experience at Section Engineer level in a maintenance environment within the mining industry. Fixed plant and mobile maintenance backgrounds.

The Instrumentation Specialist will be responsible for the maintenance of Production Related Software as well as Asset Tracking Software. National Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related qualification.
LPIC or Redhat Administrator Certification. CompTIA network Certification. CCNA Switching and Routing Certification. Five years experience in an Instrumentation maintenance environment.
Advanced Network experience. Five years working experience on Modular Mining Systems. Driver’s license.

The incumbent will work as part of a team, which is responsible for maintenance on the Underground Refrigeration plant, Bulk air coolers and Condenser spray systems.
Qualified Fitter. Minimum of two years’ experience in fitting. Minimum of two years’ experience in Refrigeration and Ventilation maintenance. R1 and R2 Certificates in refrigeration will be advantageous. Valid driver’s license.

The Winder Technician will be responsible for providing electrical and instrument maintenance and breakdown assistance to all electrical and instrumentation affected areas. National Diploma or similar qualification in either Electrical or Instrumentation.
Minimum of three years’ experience as a Winder Technician in an electrical or instrumentation maintenance environment, including HT, AC and DC experience. Advance computer literacy.
Experience on Siemens Drives (Cyclo Converter) equipment, Winder Machinery, Crushing & Conveying equipment and Refrigeration plants and will be an advantage. Experience on fault-finding using SCADA System.
