Senior Manager: Collections Strategy - Payments
The Senior manager will proactively manage collection’s risk (Payments) through the design of bespoke strategies that prioritise; segment portfolios based on risk and implement efficient and cost-effective payments collections process flows.
Minimum requirements are Quantitative major (Bsc, Bcom). 5-10 years management experience. 5-10 years of Credit & Collections Experience. 5-10 years’ experience in credit risk management in a financial institution.
The Superintendent Safety will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating safety trends and provide leadership, coaching and mentoring services that support the company’s goal of zero harm.
The candidate will be Conducting safety meetings, audits, and inspections to verify compliance with Safety Legislation and requirements of the internal SHEQ Management System.

The candidate will prepare the monthly management accounts with budget variances for the various departments, also analyse management accounts before submitting to departments and Ensure explanations for budget variances are received within timelines.
Requirements: Accounting Diploma/Degree. B. Com accounting (Hons) would be an advantage. 3 or more years relevant experience in an accountant’s role.
Manager Reliability Engineering & Condition Monitoring
The Management Reliability Engineering & Condition Monitoring is responsible for reliability, condition monitoring and non-destructive evaluation across the mine.
Qualifications & Experience: Higher National Diploma, Honour's Degree or BSc (Eng) Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Equivalent, 10 - 15 years’ experience with maintenance management and reliability engineering 8 - 10 years Engineering / Production
Superintendent, Training & Development Mining – 3-year fixed contract
The Superintendent, Training & Development (Mining) role is responsible for the design, development, implementation, management and governance of training and development within Underground Mining Lift I and Lift II.
The candidate will Develop and Implement the Skills Development Plan. Development and management of training and development policies, Design and develop technology-based systems for training and development.
The Superintendent must ensure compliance to legislation and all relevant SETA requirements and compile all statutory reports for area of responsibility.
