Senior Project & Technical Integration Manager

Purpose

Project manage various new business opportunities and products being onboarded by Fintech Banking; Play a leadership role and the technical integration between the Bank’s value chain and partners or 3rd parties. Support the Head: Fintech Banking and Relationships in executing the approved strategy in expanding the core through Alliance Eco-systems. Support management in establishing the business model blueprint, operating model and frameworks.

Minimum requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business.
• Minimum of 10 years banking experience. 
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience, with an element of focus on IT system and data integrations. 
• Exposure to bank sponsorships, Fintechs and alternative payment rails would be advantageous.

• Business model development.
• Revenues and Costs.
• Strong EQ and partnership management capability.
• Understanding of the business value chain and related systems, infrastructure and processes.
