Minimum Requirements: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. (Preferable: Admission as an attorney). Minimum of 10 years of experience in a legal role within the Employee Benefits/Pension Fund industry.
Strong knowledge of pension fund laws and regulations as well as relevant experience in practice with a corporate entity.

The objective purpose of this role is to direct, administer and coordinates the internal operational activities of the organization in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the chief executive.
Minimum requirements: BCom or bachelor’s degree in relevant field. MBA is advantageous. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar position. Employee benefit experience. Financial Acumen.

The primary objective of this role is strategically manage the debt counselling business unit and internal systems within the alternative collections environment.
Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, LLB or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in collections management, with a strong understanding of collection laws and regulations.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience.
