Manager Lending Affordability

Purpose

The purpose of this role is to define, design, document and execute on quantitative and qualitative assessments.  This includes the full ownership of statistical models developed to balance affordability risk and sales appetite.  Furthermore, the role requires the incumbent to ensure that NCA requirements are met with in regards to client affordability whilst minimising the complexity and burden of the process. 

Minimum requirements

• Honours with quantitative subjects / IT Degree.
• 5 year's experience in process modelling in the financial sector.
• Finacial background is a must.

Main duties

• Process automation, conceptualise, build and implement valuation framework. 
• Auditing process support.
• RADARR.
• Version control.
• Reporting, attending and presenting at various committees. 
• Ensure a complete understanding of data flows.
• Ensure understanding of data linage.
