Purpose

We are looking for a brilliant creative and strategic individual to manages a creative team and internal studio to develop and deliver high quality and engaging marketing campaign ideas that are aligned to the company brand Corporate Identity. The Creative Manager will inspire and guide the delivery of effective creative work that connects people to our brand. The individual must strategize concepts and assign projects to team members with the help of a Traffic manager. Works with the Account Executive to make sure the business vertical needs are being met. May need to design directly as and when required. They must have a track record of driving results, must be empathetic and skilled manager and be able to inspire a team to deliver on results.

Minimum requirements

  • Diploma in Visual Communications.
  • At least 10 years in the Advertising industry. 
  • At least 5 year's experience in managing staff. 
  • Knowledge of direct marketing preferred.

Main duties

  • Implement monthly Marketing activity plans.
  • Develop creative campaigns and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and that advance our brand strategy.
  • Cross discipline coordination between Account Execs , internal stakeholders, and creative teams of the Design Studio. As well as Compliance and suppliers to coordinate activities.
  • Collaborate and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage the implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Report back to stakeholders on campaign performance and key deliverables.
  • Measure the effectiveness of plan against agreed timelines and defined budgets.
  • Review, evaluation and document findings for future reference.
  • Manage the production process with key partners in the development of materials and creative required.
  • Attend all key meetings / functions as and when needed.
  • Coordinate brief management with Traffic manager.
  • Scheduling of the Campaign Plan
  • Lead creative sessions for campaign kick-offs. Supervise and inspire the creative team to generate multiple concepts for a campaign or project
  • Manage multiple campaigns from concept through to completion
  • Provide quality control over concepts and projects and signoff work leaving the studio.
  • Measure the effectiveness of plan against agreed timelines and defined budgets.
  • Analyse post campaigns to identify areas to.
  • Improve future response rates.
  • Optimise campaign planning.
  • Improve campaign ROI’s. 
  • Action findings to future campaigns as approved.
  • Understanding, adherence and application of compliance and risk requirements to the portfolio, brand and all marketing materials and interventions.
