Purpose

  • Responsible for improving customer experience by addressing customer pain points and contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Minimum Requirements

  • A relevant 3 year Diploma or Degree in Insurance or Finance
  • Experience in Short-term insurance / Medical Insurance or Long-term Insurance is necessary
  • 2-3 years’ experience in insurance claims environment
  • Experience in managing customer relationships, handling customer complaints and administering customer satisfaction surveys
  • Computer Literate: Particularly experience using excel spreadsheets

Key Performance Areas

  • Complaints handling, trends and root cause analysis, and reporting.
  • Address customer pain points as per feedback from customer satisfaction surveys, and reporting.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, identify and follow-up on opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling, and reporting.
  • Compliance and ad hoc duties.
