Lead Enterprise Architect: Business

Purpose:

• To create business architecture models demonstrating how business product, capabilities and other company assets interoperate with the aim to facilitate introduction of innovation in the company.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Equivalent.
• Industry recognised certification (e.g. Togaf, DAMA, Agile, Design Thinking).
• 10 years’ experience designing and deploying business and Information Technology projects.
• 8-10 working experience financial services institution.
• Ability to apply architectural principles to business solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage different levels of the organisation.
• Experience in modelling business processes using variety of tools and techniques.
• Extensive experience in planning and deploying both business and IT strategic initiatives.
• Leadership and people management exposure is important.
