Purpose

To manage and take ownership of the OMNI and CIC queues for credit operations and to ensure all policies and processes are monitored and implemented efficiently and effectively. Ensure to support customer experience and create better ways to ensure minimal negative impact on customers.

Minimum requirements

  • Degree / Post grad with professional registration.
  • 5- 7 years Management experience.
  • Knowledge of product origination processes and customer maintenance account processes.
  • Banking experience will be advantageous.
  • 3 years people management experience.

Main duties

  • Treating Customers Fairly and Compliance.
  • Management of Resources.
  • Management of Departmental workflows and productivity (OMNI & CIC).
  • SOP and policies.
  • Implementation and policy updates in line with internal auditing of financial transactions and external audit reports.
  • TCF and Ethics Champion.
  • Create and maintain productive relationships with internal and external clients by providing advice and assistance.
  • Managing a team of 6 people.
  • Managing debtors book.

Key competencies

  • Advanced in Excel.
  • Knowledge and understanding of ABIL system.
  • Knowledge and understanding of: Labour Legislation in relation to people management and ABIL HR policies / processes and procedures.
  • Knowledge and understanding of ABIL policies and procedures.
