Purpose

To develop and lead the strategy for employee experience by creating personalised authentic and memorable employee value experiences that drive engagement and passion to strengthen individual, team and company performance.

Minimum requirements

  • Degree in Psychology/Industrial Psychology/HR/Business related Honours or Masters Degree.
  • 10 years’ experience in Human Resources of which 5 years should be in the Recognition environment, employee engagement, culture, employee value proposition and ‘Best company to work for’ or ‘Top employer’ experience.
  • MS Outlook / Office.

Main duties

  • Do budget setting, planning and financial / accounting management of a budget to meet the agreed financial objectives.
  • Track relevant financial costs and recoveries in line with budgets to meet the financial objectives through the company's Financial system.
  • Facilitate project management and implementation within agreed timeframe and budget by applying the correct methodology.
  • Benchmark and design the best-in-class talent brand and employee value proposition strategies, process, and systems in line with company values and strategy.
  • Implement and Manage EVP initiatives/solutions which currently include the Innovation and Shining Star programmes.
  • Promote existing EVP offerings.
  • Ongoing contract / SLA management.
  • Define and utilize metrics and reporting to ensure the effectiveness of talent brand and EVP performance efforts.
  • Manage internal processes.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships.

  • Risk management process and frameworks.
  • Business Unit specific operational knowledge.
  • Principles of project management.
  • Principles of tender/vendor management.
  • Recognition and appraisal techniques.
  • Drafting reports.
  • Consulting and research.
