Manager Lending Process

Purpose

The purpose of this role is to define, design, document and execute lending processes within the lending, underwriting and credit life insurance areas. The aim is to promote processes the provide sufficient data for analytical purpose whilst also driving a client centric experience. Maintenance of the team's version control will also be required. The job will also require a fair degree of automation and monitoring to ensure efficient delivery of required insights.

Minimum requirements

• Honours with quantitative subjects / IT Degree.
• 5 years' experience in process modelling in the financial sector.
• Finacial background is a must.

Main duties

• Process automation, conceptualize, build and implement valuation framework. 
• Auditing process support.
• RADARR.
• Version control.
• Reporting, attending and presenting at various committees. 
• Ensure a complete understanding of data flows.
• Ensure understanding of data linage.
