Purpose

The candidate will be doing payroll twice a month however will be also focusing more on HR administrative tasks.

Minimum requirements

  • Grade 12, SAGE VIP payroll system.
  • Intermediate / Advanced Excel Microsoft skills and Word Microsoft skills.
  • HR administration exp.
  • SDF will advantageous.

Main duties 

  • VIP Premier Payroll system.
  • Monthly Salaries.
  • Capture all payroll input: (loans, medical aid, provident fund, Union, Garnishees).
  • Maintenance of employee files current and terminated.
  • Update leave statistics and send to HOD’s.
  • Update payroll statistics and headcount.
  • Compiles information from the EMP201 for SARS submission.
  • Printing and filing of all relevant reports on VIP.
  • Employee payslips.
  • Prepare monthly payroll stats.
  • Processing of garnishees and maintenance orders.
  • HR Admin..
  • Liaison with Medical Aid and Provident Fund (MIBCO/ Momentum).
  • ODBC Reports from VIP.
  • Training and skills development.
