Purpose

To provide a specialist Remuneration and Benefit consultancy service to Human Resources and Line Management. Facilitate and monitor alignment to the company's Group Policy and local and international best practices and to ensure fair and equitable.

Minimum requirements

  • B Degree in HR with strong commercial orientation.
  • Honours Degree in HR or Finance; Global Remuneration Practitioner.
  • 5 years of working experience in an HR or analytical field, of which 4 years should have been in a reward environment.

Main duties

  • Manage Stakeholder relationships.
  • Manage remuneration processes and systems.
  • Improved processes and culture.
  • Ensure relevance and enable delivery against business objectives by providing input into the development and maintenance of relevant systems and processes.
  • Provide remuneration services in a cost-effective manner and within agreed timelines through effective planning and within risk parameters.
  • Give advice on remuneration and benefits processes by engaging with stakeholders.
  • Managing multiple projects.
  • Analysing and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Conducting root cause analysis.
  • Analysing situations or data that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.

  • MS Office.
  • Relevant regulatory knowledge.
  • Relevant software and systems knowledge.
  • Risk management process and frameworks.
  • Business Unit-specific operational knowledge.
  • Remuneration Policies and Procedures.
  • Tax Law.
