Purpose

To provide a specialist Remuneration (Rem) and Benefit consultancy service to Human Capital (HC) and Line Management in accordance to the company's Group Remuneration Policy of ensuring fair and equitable remuneration administration.

Minimum requirements

  • B Degree in HR with strong commercial orientation.
  • Honours Degree in HR or Finance; Global Remuneration Professional (GRP).
  • 5 years of working experience in an HR or analytical field, of which 4 years should have been in a reward environment.

Main duties

  • Manage Stakeholder relationships.
  • Manage remuneration processes and systems.
  • Improved processes and culture.
  • Manage Business results.
  • Conducting root cause analysis.
  • Analysing situations or data that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
  • Developing ways to minimize risks.
  • Drafting reports.
  • Managing conflict situations.
  • Influencing stakeholders to obtain buy-in for concepts and ideas.
  • Sharing information in different ways to increase stakeholder’s understanding.
  • Comparing two or more sets of information.
  • Facilitation of workshop/training.
  • Working with a group to identify alternative solutions to a problem.
  • Interacting with diverse people.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analysing and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Interacting with various levels of management.
  • Managing multiple projects.
  • Communicating complex information orally.
  • Communicating complex written information.

  • PowerBI knowledge.
  • Relevant software and systems knowledge.
  • Banking knowledge.
  • Banking procedures.
  • Risk management process and frameworks.
  • Business Unit-specific operational knowledge.

  • Knowledge of Benchmarking & Survey Administration Techniques.
  • Knowledge of Job Evaluation Methodologies & Principles.
  • Tax Law.
