Senior Finance Manager

Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to conduct financial analysis and interpretation to provide insights and support decision-making.

Requirements: 

• BCom Finance Degree, Advanced qualification in Auditing and CA (SA).
• Post articles experience in finance management.
• Knowledge of business management and auditing.
• Knowledge and experience in Employee Benefits industry.
• Strong knowledge and experience in fund accounting.

Main duties: 

• Reporting and control.
• Technical accounting (IFRS).
• Strategic risk planning and management.
• understand pay point.
• Lead and mentor a small accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficiency and accuracy in tasks.
• Coordinate and support audit activities, including preparation of audit schedules and liaising with auditors.
