Strategic & Financial Analytics Manager ( Direct Marketing)

Purpose:
To manage and implement the direct marketing strategy and provide strategic and analytical input to support the design of the Direct Marketing function as well as analyze external and internal data to derive medium to long terms strategies for the company.
Minimum Requirements:
- B.Com or Honours Degree in finance, statistics or economics major.
- 3 years’ experience in analytics for a financial services institute.
- 5 years experience in directing a marketing team for a financial services institute.
- Knowledge of Financial Institute business processes , systems ,product and the industry.
- Good Project Management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management of direct marketing leads process and framework.
- Formulate new direct marketing initiatives and campaigns with expected and positive ROI’s as well as implementing them.
- Manage and maintain a reporting framework that will result in a monthly report highlighting all direct marketing activity for respective channels; Effectiveness of campaigns; Key indicators by channel.
- Identify and resolve systemic causes of compliance or risk issues in the direct marketing processes.
- Contribute to budget planning as well as developing innovative ways to reduce costs, while still achieving set targets.
- Management of a high-performance team according to HR best practice and policies.
- Collaborate, create and maintain productive relationships with all clients including establishment of feedback mechanisms.
