Purpose

To provide office administration support services relating to filing, data capturing, records management, Reporting and other office/programme related basic administrative activities.

Minimum requirements

  • Minimum qualification, 3-year degree or BTech / diploma in administration, finance or related field.
  • 1 year experience in admin or related role.
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.

Main duties

  • Information capturing, provide document.
  • Management and control services, provide procurement administration support.
  • Ensure that suppliers are loaded in the Vendor Management System.
  • Provide general office administration support.
  • Planning, Filing systems, Document control, Office Administration.
  • Ability to maintain high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
  • Operational knowledge of relevant policies and procedures

Duration

  • 6 months fixed term contract.

  • Kwa-Zulu Natal
