Purpose

To build, maintain, monitor the AS400 system and the environment; implement the changes in Xiriuz/Exactus database and supervise subordinates in order to provide support to business partners.

Minimum requirements

• AS400 IBM Certificate.
• 5 years working experience working on AS400 system and supervising a team of specialists.

Main duties

• Maintenance of AS400 system and the environment.
• Improvement of AS400 System Efficiencies.
• Supervision of subordinates.
• Liaise with various partners on business requirements.
• Analyse and provide appropriate solutions on the errors and queries identified by the business.
• Create and maintain productive relationships with internal and external clients by providing advice and assistance.
• Identify and resolve potential problems in the system to facilitate maximum server availability.
• Create and maintain user profiles and authorities on the system.
• Supervise daily and weekly backups of the system environment.
