Job Purpose: 

  • Administer and coordinate the recruitment and selection process/activities end to end in line with relevant legislation and HR policy framework.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Human Resources Diploma or equivalent 
  • +3 years demonstrated experience in recruitment and selection of up to management level. 
  • Experience in recruiting professional and specialised skills will be preferred. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites including other platforms. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills & Good written and verbal communications skills. 

Duties:

  • Create and publish job ads in various portals
  • Screen job applications to create shortlists of suitable candidates 
  • Interview candidates for a wide range of roles (junior to senior professionals including midlevel management) 
  • Network with potential hires through relevant platforms 
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process 
  • Conduct relevant checks, e.g., character reference etc. 
  • Advice hiring managers on the recruitment and assessment methods 
  • Liaise with third parties and HR service providers in the coordination of the recruitment process 
  • Liaise with line managers to determine recruitment requirements and needs 
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire 
  • Coordinate the logistic arrangement for new staff to ensure that new staff receive adequate information 
  • Produce recruitment reports as required Perform any other duty as assigned
