MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Assist and Provide 1st and 2nd line Support with the Unified communication technologies which include, but are not limited to Genesys Pure Connect Telephony System, IVR, Predictive Dialler, PBX, PRI, SIP, SIP Proxy, Video Conferencing.
Identify and diagnose problems and factors affecting performance and if required vendor escalation, to achieve resolution.
Assist with project implementations and support of the Organization’s Collaboration related Unified communication technologies.
Responsible for Telephony License allocations and reporting.
Understand Business needs and work close with Vendor to optimize Telephony System in business processes to increase user productivity and improve Client experience.
Maintain system documentation for the Organization’s Telephony Infrastructure.
To set up and configure desktops, laptops, Hard-Phones and Soft-phones for African Bank according to IT standards, policies and user specifications.
