3-5+ years of professional experience in a design consultancy or equivalent position
Design related Degree, or relevant industry experience
In-depth knowledge and experience within a relevant service design discipline (Systems Design, Business Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design)

• 2 plus years working experience in the SDLC, PM and/or Business Analyst
• 1 year working experience in IT environment • (SDLC or Change Management)
• Degree or 3 Year Diploma in IT qualification plus ITL v3 Change Management Certificate • (Release, Control and Validation or Service Transition)
