We are looking for a dynamic senior leader with a minimum of 10 years of experience working in the Public Health sector within HIV/TB/PMTCT programmes to join our team as a deputy chief of party: quality HIV/TB Care.
The incumbent will serve as the senior manager of technical program specialists, community HTS program and other special projects (Private Sector/ NHI).

Responsible for overall management & oversight of the company programme in the City of Johannesburg.
Together with the District Programme Managers & their teams, the successful candidate will provide overall programme leadership, as well as develop & monitor various projects aimed at achieving set programme targets.

The incumbent will assist the HOD with the development of annual programme activities and work plans with clear deliverables, indicators of success and timeframes in line with the funder’s strategy.
The Programme Manager will also be responsible for the management and implementation of the company's work plan activities in line with 909090 strategy and support District with 909090 DIP process and monitoring of performance.

To develop and execute an effective sourcing strategy framework for IT Procurement and this involves overseeing the entire IT Procurement lifecycle.
Develop and implement Negotiation Plans ensuring that appropriate contracting methods and contractual relationships with suppliers are employed for all spend across IT Agreements.
Ensuring appropriate and auditable sourcing standards, controls and governance frameworks are in place. Spend and Data Analytics to ensure optimal management of the IT Procurement Category.

Providing strategic thought leadership and tactical advice on a range of customer facing projects. Developing customer profiles and personas, and advising on all aspects of using customer insights data.
Using a variety of techniques to effectively engage with internal and external customers. Supporting stakeholders in process and system improvement initiatives focusing on behaviour change, reducing red tape and enhancing customer experience.
