To fulfil the responsibility of implementing Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Combating Financial Terrorism (CFT) & Sanctions Compliance Programmes across the Group.
To provide advisory and monitoring to the Group on AML/CFT & Sanctions matters and in collaboration with the Business Units to provide oversight of all aspects of Financial Crime within the group in order to ensure compliance FIC Act.
LLB. 5 - 10 years project management experience in the Financial services industry.

Advanced financial modelling: develop statistical models that can be used to quantify the correlation between risk and overall portfolio dynamics (i.e. migrations, volume/balance transitions between the respective collections states).
Automation, monitoring and governance checks of models, strategy, budget variances and operational key metrics.
Honours degree with quantitative subjects. 2 year's experience in quantitative/statistical modelling in the financial sector. Working knowledge of financial statements. Software: MS Office, with Advanced EXCEL skills, SQL, SAS, PowerBI, Matlab.

The purpose of this role is to define, design, document and execute lending processes within the lending, underwriting and credit life insurance areas.
The aim is to promote processes the provide sufficient data for analytical purpose whilst also driving a client centric experience.
Maintenance of the team's version control will also be required. The job will also require a fair degree of automation and monitoring to ensure efficient delivery of required insights.

The Head of Business Intelligence plays a key role in ensuring that The company is, at all times, fully apprised of the external risks that could impact the underwriting profit and solvency of the business
Minimum Requirements: Degree in (actuarial, data science, statistics, mathematics, econometrics) CERA qualification, or similar, will be advantageous. Minimum of 3 to 6 years' experience in a similar (risk or actuarial) position.

The role requires the incumbent to collaboratively work with the internal business units and suppliers to source goods and/or services for the Bank at the best value in respect of quality and price.
The role also entails contract drafting/review and negotiation while ensuring adherence to legislative regulations, sound commercial principles, governance processes as well as the respective internal policies
Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in law or relevant field (Commerce or Supply chain) 1-2 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management would be advantageous.
