The Superintendent Logistics Maintenance will be responsible for providing leadership and technical expertise to the Logistics Maintenance team. Registration with Professional affiliates (ECSA, AMRE). Registration with DMRE as a Mentor.
The role is also responsible to ensure compliance with Mine Health and Safety Act requirements. BSc Engineering/National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Government Certificate of Competency (Mines and works).
5 Years engineering experience in the maintenance field in a heavy engineering environment of which 3 years should have been in a supervisory capacity, preferably in the mining industry.

The Superintendent Workshop will be responsible for providing leadership and technical expertise over four central workshops at the mine. Boilershop – heavy duty steel fabrication, erection and repairs.
Riggers Workshop – Site wide rigging, general lifting and maintenance of lifting equipment. Mechanical workshop – component manufacturing and repairs/overhaul of equipment.
Light Support Equipment Workshop –mobile machinery service, repairs and fleet control. Compressed air reticulation infrastructure maintenance, inspections and operation. Lifting equipment specification, maintenance and inspections.

Preparation of the financial reporting for Group (including Group entities), provide technical accounting opinions and assistance in project managing the statutory audit.
CA(SA) qualification. 4-6 years post articles experience in relevant banking environment in a managerial position. Accounting and analytical skills – IFRS9, financial statement preparation, consolidations.
Knowledge and understanding of IFRS9 accounting standards, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, Vat Act, Bank Act, Labour Legislation.

To manage the operational finance and administration functions. General Ledger controlling, Accounting. Controlling and management of the month end process on behalf of entities related to the company.
CA (SA) and or relevant degree. General experience and skills in financial management, financial reporting, financial mathematics, modelling and related software tools. Financial mathematics, modelling and analytical skills.
2-3 years of experience, General finance, accounting exposure and treasury experience within the banking environment (advantageous). Financial accounting and reporting in relation to Treasury activities.
