Matric. Relevant diploma or degree. AS400 IBM Certificate. 5 years working experience working on AS400 system and supervising a team of specialists.

Management of strategic projects within the group – such as transformation projects, systems implementation, process engineering, compliance etc.
This may involve setting up project structures, resourcing and managing delivery teams, planning and driving delivery to business case and project plans, project governance.
Degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management Post-graduate qualification in project management would be advantageous eg. PMBOK, Agile project training.

The Business Solutions Analyst will be responsible for tasks related to the support, testing, business process improvement and projects related to system enablement.
Degree in Industrial Engineering. The candidate must have excellent ERP experience. At least 5 -8 years’ experience.
Knowledge of the following software will be an advantage but not required: AX D365, Power BI, Excel, SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).

The ideal individual will be responsible for overall post-investment activities relating to the company's loan book.
This includes providing leadership and expertise in monitoring the performance of the investment portfolio, including compliance requirements.
In addition, the role entails ensuring that distressed, defaulting or problematic clients are dealt with in accordance with the respective transaction agreements, and the company's policies and procedures.

The ESG Analyst will be working within an investment team to support the implementation of the organization’s commitment to ESG integration in investment processes.
A Post-Graduate Degree in Business, Finance, Social, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Developmental studies, Economics or similar; MBA, MSc or CFA would be an added advantage.
Minimum 3-years’ experience working within a sustainable/ESG environment. A keen understanding of ESG matters and knowledge on how companies manage and report on ESG issues. Able to analyse and present data in a structured and consistent manner.
