The primary purpose of the role is to oversee all projects to stabilize the auxiliary services and implement assessment recommendations. BSc/BEng degree in Engineering (Metallurgy).
Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources. Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.
Proven managerial experience.

The Superintendent Maintenance Asset Management Auxiliary Services is responsible for maintenance of the plant machineries by ensuring the availability and reliability of the equipment including compliance to legislation governing the mine.
B-Tech, BEng, National Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Government Certificate of Competency in Mechanical or Electrical (Mines and Works).
5 years’ experience in an Auxiliary or processing plant maintenance in the mining industry. Good reporting and computer skills. Valid driver’s licence.

The incumbent will be responsible to manage the financial operation as well as control budgets and forecasts while maintaining effective cash management and stock processes.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar industry of Financial Management. People management experience. Great knowledge of MS Office.
