Master's Degree 8-10 years' experience in Data Processing & People Management in financial services Cloud experience (AWS). Process engineering Data architect (oversight on data architectural design).

Qualify lead base. Works with credit scorecards. Must be able to work on MS Visio Studio, PowerPoint, Power BI , Excel. Understanding and knowledge of : AB Credit policies and procedures, AB and Internal systems, Transact SQL skills & Legislation.

Human Resources Diploma or equivalent +3 years demonstrated experience in recruitment and selection of up to management level including IT vacancies. Experience in recruiting professional and specialised skills will be preferred.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites including other platforms. Strong interpersonal skills & Good written and verbal communications skills. 2 years or more experience in sourcing new clients in the recruitment
